About Myah

Operations that work because the people inside them do.

I learned early that operations are never just about systems. They are about people, pressure, trust, and the way work actually moves when real life is happening around it.

My first understanding of that came inside my father's textile manufacturing business. When he was away at conventions, selling, relationship-building, and bringing new ideas back into the company, I often had the space to see what was getting stuck in the day-to-day. Those moments gave me room to clean up processes, refine how work moved, and identify the places where the same frustrations kept showing up.

What stayed with me was not just that the business ran better. It was that the pressure on him changed. As the operation became clearer, he could trust the process more. The culture felt lighter. People had more room to own their work. And the business did not need every answer, decision, or correction to come directly from him.

That experience shaped the way I see founder-led businesses today. A founder's vision is powerful, but when too much of the operation depends on their constant involvement, growth can start to feel heavier than it should. The right structure does not replace the founder. It protects their energy, strengthens the team around them, and gives the business more room to grow.

Since then, I have spent more than 20 years inside founder-led businesses, especially in complex project-based environments like design-build, construction, interior design, and creative operations. These are businesses where people, timelines, money, decisions, and client expectations all move at once. That background also gave me a practical financial lens: I can often see where unclear process, repeated rework, or murky ownership is absorbing time, margin, and capacity before it shows up clearly on paper.

Conscious Command grew from that combination of lived experience and operational leadership. For me, performance with purpose means building operations that support both the business and the people carrying it. My work is for founders who are ready to clear the obstructions, strengthen the systems underneath the business, and create a way of working that feels lighter, clearer, and more sustainable for everyone involved.
